Reservation Period
  • - Reservation Period: 08:30 (KST) Sep 17 (Wed) ~ 14:00 (KST) Sep 26 (Fri), 2025

    ※ Reservation opening time for next day’s screenings: 08:30 (KST), Sep 17 (Wed) ~ Sep 25 (Thu)

  • - Booking available from the reservation opening time until the start of the screening.
Reserve
  • - Badge holders may book tickets for the same day and the following day, subject to availability and badge type. (Double booking for the same screening schedule is not allowed.)
  • - Only the badge holder may make reservations and attend screenings. Transfer of badges and tickets to others is not permitted.
  • - Guest tickets are limited in quantity, and screenings marked as ‘sold out’ are not available for online or on-site reservation.
  • - Some screenings offer general seating only, and therefore badge reservations are not available.

Theater Regulation
  • - Each screening begins on schedule. Please ensure you enter the theater before the screening begins. Admission will not be allowed after 15 minutes from the start of the screening.
  • - You must present a valid ticket (mobile or paper) at the theater entrance.

    ※ Screenshots of mobile tickets or reservation confirmation emails are not accepted for admission.

  • - Both your ticket (mobile or paper) and badge will be verified at the theater entrance. Admission may be denied if your badge is not presented.
  • - In case of repeated no-shows, you may be denied of ticket reservation and/or badge registration.

  • ※ Please cancel your reservation at least 30 minutes before the film starts if you cannot attend the screening.

You can make online guest ticket reservations following the instructions below.

Guest Ticket Reservation

STEP 1 Log-in
  • Login with your ID and password sent to you by Email.
STEP 2 Reserve
  • Click the “Reserve” button at the top of the page.
  • Find the film by screening date / code number ▶ Select the film ▶ Choose your seat ▶ Check the payment 0 KRW ▶ Complete the reservation
STEP 3 Confirm
  • Click the [Confirm/Cancel] button at the top of the page.
STEP 4 Get your ticket
  • - Mobile Ticket : Login on a mobile device ▶ Click the [Confirm/Cancel] button at the top of the page ▶ Click the [Mobile Ticket] button of the film ▶ Show your Mobile Ticket when entering the theater
  • - Paper Ticket : Show your Mobile Ticket at the BIFF Ticket box. (Mobile tickets and reservation confirmation screenshots (such as Emails) will not be accepted.)

Cancellation

  • - Cancellation of reservation : [Confirm/Cancel] ▶ [Details] ▶ Select the ticket to cancel ▶ [Cancel]

  • ※ You can cancel the reservation by 30 minutes before the screening starts.

    ※ Issued tickets can be canceled at the BIFF Ticket Box.
